Aggregate Information

Aggregate Information is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as pages most frequently accessed by you, time spent on a page or area of the site, the number of visits to the site by you, types of browser used by you, cookie preferences, or search terms entered by you.  Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information (for example, the number of people who logged into the site in a particular day).  Aggregate Information does not personally identify a specific user.

Aggregate Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the site, we automatically collect aggregate Information about your visit.  We can tell the type of computer, browser, and web service that you are using.  We also know the date, time, and pages that you visit.  Collecting this information helps us design the site to enhance your experience while on our site.  New Blissful may share aggregate information with its clients, content providers, service providers, or other third parties to advance our mission to provide you the latest and best cosmetics.

New Blissful also may use aggregate information for internal purposes, such as tracking demographic data and providing targeted content to make the site more useful to our visitors.  The gathering of this aggregate information may be accomplished by the use of cookies and pixel tags (also known as clear GIFs or web beacons) by New Blissful and our third-party service providers.  In particular, New Blissful will collect an IP Address from all visitors to the site.  An IP Address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet.  We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our site, analyze trends, track users’ movement on the site, to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use for us to improve the site, and to deliver customized, personalized content.  IP addresses, however, are not linked to personal information.  New Blissful may also use a unique assigned number located with the site’s URL to determine the website from which you navigated to get to the site.  While this number may not be apparent to you, it does not contain your personal information.

Does the New Blissful website use COOKIES, OTHER TECHNOLOGIES or THIRD PARTIES to INDIRECTLY collect information?

The site may use cookies to enhance your experience.  Cookies are pieces of information that some websites transfer to the computer that is browsing that site and are used for record-keeping purposes at many websites.  A cookie does not identify you personally, but it does act as an anonymous identifier of your computer.  Use of cookies makes web-surfing easier by performing certain functions such as saving your passwords, your personal preferences regarding your use of the particular website and to make sure you do not see the same ad repeatedly.  Many consider the use of cookies to be an industry standard.

Your browser is probably set to accept cookies.  If you would prefer not to receive cookies, however, you can alter the configuration of your browser to refuse cookies.  If you choose to have your browser refuse cookies, it is possible that some areas of our site will not function properly when you view them.  Moreover, you will be unable to register an account, place orders and purchase products from our clients, or login and access your account.  New Blissful registration and order forms cannot function without cookies enabled so that the necessary information to process your order is retained.  If you disable cookies, New Blissful will be unable to accept your online order.  We will not share any personally identifiable information provided by this cookie with any third party.  We will, however, link data stored in cookies to the personally identifiable information you submitted while on our site.  Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with New Blissful more convenient and personalized.

In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the New Blissful website.  When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web program before arriving at the destination page on our website.  We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and to measure the effectiveness of our customer communications.  If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages.

Pixel tags, also known as clear GIFs or web beacons, are invisible tags that may be placed on certain pages of our site or in our email messages.  Pixel tags are not placed on your computer.  A pixel tag will generate a notice of your visit if you access such a page.  They also enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened.  Pixel tags generally work in conjunction with cookies and register when your computer visits a particular page.  If you do not have cookies enabled, a pixel tag will detect an anonymous visit to the page.  We may use the information generated through the use of pixel tags to improve your experience with New Blissful, as well as to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.

Does New Blissful share the information that I have provided or that has been collected?

New Blissful may need to share personal information with third parties in limited circumstances.  For example, we may release personal information to third parties when you place an online order for products from any of our clients so that they may fulfill your order.  New Blissful will provide our clients with your order content, any special order instructions, your name, street address, telephone number, and email address, to the extent necessary for us and our clients to process your order.  We may also release personal information to third parties for purposes of processing credit card payments or hosting the site (and/or features available on the site).  However, such third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and are not authorized to use personal information for any purpose other than providing those services.

It may be necessary—by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities—for New Blissful to disclose your personal information.  We also may disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.  We may disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users.  Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.  You will be notified via email of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
