What type of information does New Blissful collect and how is the information used?
Personal Information is collected online when you voluntarily submit non-public personal information on the site by requesting information, placing an order with and purchasing a product through the site, signing up for an account or other services, receiving electronic notices or other similar communications, contacting New Blissful through the website, and other similar activities.
Personal Information That You Provide to Us
While you are visiting the site, New Blissful may obtain personal information about you when you sign up for an account or elect to purchase an item through the shopping cart. Types of personal information may include the following:
- Zip code
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Order content
- Customer service inquiries and reviews
- Certain demographic data such as but not limited to age, marital status, or number of children in your household.
We may request personal information, such as your user name or password, whenever you log in to your account. We reserve the right to request any additional information necessary to establish and maintain your account. Generally, our uses of personal information collected online enable you to do the following, including without limitation: to place and order with and purchase a product through the site, or to receive information, such as to join our mailing list for newsletters or contact us with questions, comments, or customer service reviews.
New Blissful will retain your personal information for fulfillment of the intended purposes for which it is collected. We will retain it for the period of time necessary to do so unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Aggregate Information is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as pages most frequently accessed by you, time spent on a page or area of the site, the number of visits to the site by you, types of browser used by you, cookie preferences, or search terms entered by you. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information (for example, the number of people who logged into the site in a particular day). Aggregate Information does not personally identify a specific user.
Aggregate Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, we automatically collect aggregate Information about your visit. We can tell the type of computer, browser, and web service that you are using. We also know the date, time, and pages that you visit. Collecting this information helps us design the site to enhance your experience while on our site. New Blissful may share aggregate information with its clients, content providers, service providers, or other third parties to advance our mission to provide you the latest and best cosmetics.
In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the New Blissful website. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web program before arriving at the destination page on our website. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and to measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages.
Pixel tags, also known as clear GIFs or web beacons, are invisible tags that may be placed on certain pages of our site or in our email messages. Pixel tags are not placed on your computer. A pixel tag will generate a notice of your visit if you access such a page. They also enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened. Pixel tags generally work in conjunction with cookies and register when your computer visits a particular page. If you do not have cookies enabled, a pixel tag will detect an anonymous visit to the page. We may use the information generated through the use of pixel tags to improve your experience with New Blissful, as well as to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.
Does New Blissful share the information that I have provided or that has been collected?
New Blissful may need to share personal information with third parties in limited circumstances. For example, we may release personal information to third parties when you place an online order for products from any of our clients so that they may fulfill your order. New Blissful will provide our clients with your order content, any special order instructions, your name, street address, telephone number, and email address, to the extent necessary for us and our clients to process your order. We may also release personal information to third parties for purposes of processing credit card payments or hosting the site (and/or features available on the site). However, such third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and are not authorized to use personal information for any purpose other than providing those services.
It may be necessary—by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities—for New Blissful to disclose your personal information. We also may disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party. You will be notified via email of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

You may request that we restrict the collection or use of your personal information by notifying us at email@example.com. We will try to accommodate your request, if possible, but please note that continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the information collection and uses as outlined in this Policy unless you are notified by New Blissful otherwise in writing.
